Coming from a split background as both a classically trained violinist and hard rock guitarist, Zack Rapp brings a wide scope of musical perspective not normally seen in your average working musician. Always looking to bridge divisions and push boundaries, his classical training has permeated into his interpretation of modern pop, rock and R&B guitar as well as his use of experimental sounds and improvisational techniques have extended is skill set as a modern violinist.  

 

Zack is currently working in Los Angeles as a freelance violinist, guitarist and composer with a focus on studio work and TV sync licensing, having worked with artists such as Dream Theater, Sophia Bollman (NBC’s The Voice, Season 13), Alek Darson, Eren Basbug, and Elyse, as well as being an in-demand session violinist for numerous trailer, film and production music composers.
